"Well Mama" Pregnancy/Postpartum
This package includes one evaluation during pregnancy to measure baseline values (after first trimester), one virtual appointment check-in postpartum (between weeks 1-6), and one evaluation postpartum (after your follow-up appointment with your doctor).

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a prescription?
No. You do not need a prescription for the evaluation. In the state of California we can evaluate you without a referral from your provider. However, we will need your provider to co-sign your individual plan of care.
Do you take insurance?
We are out-of-network with all insurance providers. We provide a Superbill for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance for details on your individual plan and coverage.

How many appointments will I need?
We create an individual plan after the evaluation. Typically we expect to see significant changes in symptoms after 4-6 appointments. If we are not seeing the progress we expect, we will recommend additional providers and treatments to help.
